Participants are advised to register in advance by July 31, 2014 to enjoy the early registration discount.
All presenters should register and pay the registration fee listed below. Otherwise their submission may be withdrawn.
Registration requires both the completion of online registration and the confirmation of payment of the registration fee by the Registration Office.

Credit card payment will be available on September 21st, 22nd and 23rd.
Payment by cash (JPY only) will be available throughout the conference term.

Payment

Payment must be made in Japanese yen and can be made by one of the following methods:


- Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Diners Club, AMEX or JCB)

* Please note that the recipient of the payment will be "ICS Convention Design, Inc." on your credit card statement.

Credit card payment will be available on-site on September 21st, 22nd and 23rd.

Reply E-mail 

After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.

If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.

    

Cancellation 

If you cancel your participation in the conference, please be sure to notify the Registration Office by e-mail immediately.

The following cancellation fee will apply, based on the date when the office receives notification of cancellation.

All refunds will be made after the conference.

If the refund is made by bank transfer, bank transfer fee will be deducted from the amount to be paid back.
